Sports and games are considered as an essential element in developing the students physically and mentally. Sports is believed to enhance alertness, discipline, team spirit, mental ability, confidence and concentration of a student. It’s not the kind of sports the students are playing and the result of the event, every sport will always inculcate some amazing traits in every student.
In college, sports play a key role in structuring the character of a student. Apart from providing mental relaxation to the students from their intense academic schedule, it also develop the students into well-balanced individuals. Sports supplements each student to :-

This simply explains that individuals have to be strong and determined enough to think and do for themselves before doing anything for others.
